Project Location: McClellanvilleThe project, located in the town of McClellanville in Charleston County, shall consist of the installation of approximately 1,112 feet of concrete drainage pipe (approximately 477 LF of 15" RCP and 635 LF of 24" RCP), as well as the installation of 6 drop inlets, 2 catch basins, and other drainage improvements on Scotia Street, Venning Street, Baker Street, and in a drainage easement located on the Charleston County School District property and a Charleston County Library property. The work shall also include, but is not limited to removing and replacing asphalt, concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter, repaving of school parking area, driveway aprons, removing a portion of concrete in order to install pipe and replacing concrete for the school basketball court, excavation, erosion and sediment control and traffic control. The project will be constructed utilizing the items listed on the bid tab form in the solicitation. This project is scheduled to be substantially completed within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed, and achieve final completion within thirty (30) calendar days after substantial completion date. Bid Security - 5% Bid Bond Payment Bond: 100% of the total amount of the Contract.
