1. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible for the Weekly Removal and Disposal of All Litter and Grounds Maintenance Debris in the Designated Areas. (See Site Plans For Designated Areas). 2. All Ditches and Fence Lines Within the Service Area (Including the Baseball Backstop, Dugout Areas, Under and Around the Bleachers and Any Building Structures) Shall Have Well Maintained Edges and Be Free of Weeds. 3. Grass Will Not Be Allowed to Encroach on the Paved or Concrete Roads and Walkways. All Chemical Applications Shall Be Documented and Administered by an Individual With a Current South Carolina Certified Pesticide Applicators License for Category 3. Contractor is Responsible for Any Damage Caused by Pesticide Applications. 4. The Contractor Shall Mow All Designated Areas to a Height of Two Inches Weekly March Thru October. Ccprc Reserves the Right to Adjust These Mowing Heights As Deemed Necessary. 5. The Contractor Shall String Trim Weekly All Designated Areas (Fences, Walls, Nonmowable Areas) to a Height of Two Inches. Ccprc Reserves the Right to Adjust These Mowing Heights as Deemed Necessary. 6. The Contractor Shall Maintain All Tree Limbs Encroaching on Public Areas and Walkways to a Minimum Height of Seven Feet (84 Inches) Above the Ground. All Trees Shall Be Pruned in Accordance With Ansi A300 Pruning Guidelines and Ansi Z133 Safety Standards. All work shall be completed between March 1st 2024-October 31st 2024.
