The selected supplier will be responsible for supplying, delivering and starting up the ventilation unit on the work site, at 20, rue du Couvent Est, l'Ange-Gardien Québec G0A 2K0, but its installation will be paid for by the ventilation subcontractor selected for the HVAC upgrading site. The delivery of the equipment must therefore be coordinated with the contractor. ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT: At the time of awarding the construction contract to upgrade the HVAC, the public body will assign all rights and obligations under this contract to the ventilation subcontractor of the general contractor. The Supplier will therefore automatically become responsible for supplying the goods acquired in this contract to the ventilation subcontractor, under his full responsibility.
