Reference number: 1434678 The municipality of Ange-Gardien is requesting bids for Royal Avenue East section and Piché Road infrastructure repair. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-01-13 CONDITIONS Only persons, companies or companies having their principal place of business in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement applicable to this contract are authorized to tender. This contract is subject to the Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). Submission requires authorization to contract / certificate from Revenu Quebec. GUARANTEE Bid bond 10%. Performance bond and materials and services of 50% each required with submission.
