The mission of the Centre de Réadaptation pour Jeunes en Difficulté d'Adaptation de Laval is to offer the most vulnerable young people in our community, aged 0 to 18, as well as their families, psychosocial adaptation and rehabilitation services when their situation requires it. The contractor must take into consideration that this building remains occupied for the duration of the work. The work consists of, but is not limited to: - Provision of all required non-construction permits, including related documents; - Demolition of elements; - Temporary work; - Containment work related to infection control; - Containment work relating to the safety of users; - Drillings; - Coordination of the work according to the phasing and schedule to be provided by the contractor; - Participate in weekly meetings with the project manager and other meetings as requested; - Waste removal; - Daily and final cleaning of the site; - Provision of documentation documents and closure of the construction site. Duration of work: 16 weeks. award is subject to final approval.
