Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Laval, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a municipal facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Agricultural Innovation Park Development in Laval. The scope of work includes the installation of a hybrid micro-irrigation system, construction of underground drainage network for plots, development of access paths to agricultural plots, leveling work, construction of a retention basin with a liquid capacity of 5,000 m3, instrumentation and automation of the retention basin, extension of public drinking water and sanitary sewer services, construction of a road network. This park project will be located north of avenue Marcel-Villeneuve on a plot of land with an area of 28 hectares. TIMELINE: According to owner's current three-year capital expenditure program 2025-2027 the project is divided into construction packages according to available funds. The owner expects that each of packages will be subject to a separate tender for contractor. Value of the 2025-2026 package amounts to $3.3M. Construction of that package will be followed if/when approved to tender.
