The University seeks contractors to furnish all labor, materials, fuel, traffic control, and equipment necessary to provide tree removal, stump removal, and tree pruning services as needed on the UNC Charlotte campus. The University reserves the right to make contract awards to multiple vendors for the various services if in the best interest of the University to do so. The Contract shall have an initial term of one (1) year, beginning on the date of contract award (the "Effective Date"). Submit Written Questions Vendor Tuesday, January 4, 2022 by 12 Noon Provide Response to Questions University Wednesday, January 5, 2022 by 4:00 pm Contract Award University January 25, 2022 Contract Effective Date University January 31, 2022 Written questions shall be emailed to dhopki16@uncc.edu University reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all offers at any time if such rejection is deemed to be in the best interest of the University.
