Remove expired roofing systems and install new roofing system and ancillary components. Estimated Construction Budget: $1,095,000.00 The City of Houston intends to utilize the Competitive Sealed Proposals process as authorized in Chapter 2269, Texas Government Code for the above procurement. The Contractor will be selected in a one-step process. Wherein, the Proposer's SOQ will be ranked based on the criteria set out in Document 202 - Proposal Organization and Selection Criteria. The Proposer's proposals will be submitted at the same time in a separate envelope. After reviewing the Proposers' qualifications, the City will finalize the rankings using the qualifications and the proposals
