The purpose of this bid is to solicit pricing from qualified firms for the purchase of cold bituminous asphalt patching mix for annual needs of the St. Johns County Road & Bridge Division. These annual needs shall include cold mix material that shall be used to repair potholes in asphalt paving and to repair drop offs at the edge of asphalt paving throughout the County. The R & B uses approximately three hundred fifty (350) tons of cold mix material on an annual basis. Bidders must obtain and review the Bid Documents for full details and instructions regarding submittal format, full scope of services, minimum qualifications and all other information related to this Bid.
