The Seneca County Ohio Board of Commissioners in Tiffin, Ohio seeks qualified vendors to submit sealed bids for sealed bids for Seneca County Services Building ADA & Faade, and Upgrades. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Drawings, Specifications, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following: Seneca County Board of Commissioners, 111 Madison Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883 or DLZ offices, 6121 Huntley Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229. Seneca County will not accept and/or consider any bid as an official bid unless said bidder has picked up and paid for a complete bid package from DLZ. In order to bid this project you must be a plan holder of record with DLZ. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said Surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The Owner intends and requires that this project be completed within 300 days from the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Seneca County and the City of Tiffin as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division.
