Renovation of a municipal facility in Kissimmee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
o Disassemble/demolish interior walls, millwork, storefront, glazing, doors, frames, ceiling grid, ceiling tile, lighting, HVAC accessories, other ceiling and above ceiling elements o Salvage and store millwork, glazing, doors, frames, lighting, and ceiling components for reuse and reinstallation in different configurations o Provide and install new walls, glazing, doors, framework, ceiling grid, ceiling tile, lighting, HVAC accessories, other ceiling and above ceiling elements, door hardware and low voltage equipment o Coordinate construction with the furniture dealership's schedule of systems furniture and demountable wall installation o Provide and install a parallel redundant 30 KW UPS system in an existing IT room in the Toho Administration Building o Coordinate with the Electric Utility Company as needed for the UPS installation o Replace existing no flush urinals to low flush urinals o After-hour and weekend work may be required as the building will remain occupied during the modifications o Coordinate with Toho staff to minimize impact on existing operations during construction Questions Due Date: Jun 27th 2022, 12:00 PM EDT
