SED Number: 42-15-04-02-0-002-016 Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
