Renovation of a multi-residential development in West Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Project consists of removal of existing door locksets at main doors into dwelling units and their replacement with new locksets and masterkeying system. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J and to State minimum wage rates as indicated in 00.73.43-PREVAILING WAGES and LABOR REGULATIONS. General Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management (DCAMM) in the category of work GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION and must submit with its Bid a DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement Each General Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all Alternates) and made payable to the West Springfield Housing Authority.
