Reference Number 0000332217 These general specifications and insurance requirements are to be a part of all Agreements for snow plowing for the Town of West Springfield through June 30, 2024. The requirements listed under the general specifications shall prevail except as provided by any provisions listed with the proposal for a particular type of equipment. In case of conflict between the general specifications and provisions in the proposal relating to a particular type of equipment, the provisions listed with the particular type of equipment will govern.
