Lee County's Lakes Library Pavilion Project for the following Bid Packages: BP#02A Selective Demolition BP#05A Structural and Miscellaneous Steel BP#06A Carpentry BP#07A Roofing and Sheet Metal BP#09E Painting BP#16A Electrical Only firms meeting prequalification criteria may bid. Direct all bids/inquiries to the CM. Firms must submit a completed experience questionnaire and financial statement on the form entitled Chris-Tel Construction's Bidder Qualifications, incorporated herein by reference before pre-qualification can be determined. The firm's financial condition must demonstrate that adequate fixed and liquid assets and equipment are available to properly perform the Subcontract. The firm must have successfully completed no less than two (2) projects of similar size and complexity within the last five (5) years. Firms must be licensed by the State of Florida for the work they are to perform. Firms must also be acceptable to The School District of Lee County and Chris-Tel Construction. All firms awarded subcontracts agree to comply with all provisions of Chapter 8 United States Code Section 1324a by not employing nor continuing employment of an unauthorized alien as defined by law. All firms awarded subcontracts agree to use the E-Verify system for any employees they may hire during the term of this project and shall be required to provide Chris-Tel Construction with an affidavit stating the subcontractor does not employ, contract with, or subcontract with an unauthorized alien, as stated in Section 448.095, Florida Statutes. All firms awarded subcontracts cannot be on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List or engaged with business operations in Cuba or Syria as identified in Section 287.135, Florida Statutes. All firms awarded subcontracts agree to abide by Executive Order No. 11246 of September 24, 1965, and all awardees will, in all solicitations or advancements for employees placed by or behalf of the awardee, state that all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. This Project will be bid on a Stipulated Sum basis. Partial or incomplete bids are subject to rejection. Bids must be submitted on an exact reproduction of the bid form supplied.
