Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Xavier University is issuing a RFQP for an organization, authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana, to provide General Contractor services with respect to the construction of a Residence Hall. The University will not accept either faxed or emailed proposals. Also, proposals received after that time will not be considered. Xavier University of Louisiana reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities incidental thereto.
