Signage Fabrication and Installation and Related GC Work. This negotiated RFP is an invitation from Plexxus to prospective suppliers to submit Proposals. (the Services) on behalf of Scarborough Health Network (the Purchaser) for the fabrication and installation of signage located at 3050 Lawrence Ave. E. (General Hospital Site), 2867 Ellesmere Road (Centenary Hospital Site), 3030 Birchmount Rd. (Birchmount Hospital Site) and 2877 Ellesmere Road (Shoniker Clinic) along with related general contractor (GC) service requirements using a pre-approved GC established by the Purchaser. SHN is seeking proposals from a Services Provider to fabricate and install quality signage in a timely, efficient and safe manner using various and exacting standards and specifications developed for the organization, working closely with a GC to ensure the project is completed in a timely, effective and efficient manner. Subject to the terms of the RFP, it is intended that the Purchaser will have the right to enter into a separate Agreement with the Preferred Proponent. It is intended that only a single Preferred Proponent will be selected for the fabrication and installation of signage including GC services, however, the Purchaser reserves the right to select more than one Proponent including a split award for the fabrication and installation of signage and related GC services by each phase described as Priority 1 and Priority 2.
