Water Tower Rehabilitation and Repair DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately: 1. Interior Wet Rehabilitation (a) Complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. 2. Exterior Rehabilitation (a) Complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. (b) Full containment curtain 3. Remove and replace protective coating on piping in vault/pit. 4. Miscellaneous grinding, welding, and caulking. 5. New tank roof vent 6. New overflow pipe screens 7. New Pressure manway gaskets 8. Remove existing containment lugs 9. New City lettering/logos painted on exterior of tank. 10. Drill new drain holes in balcony floor surface 11. Repair concrete foundation mortar and grout. 12. New safety climb system to all tower ladders 13. Add sheet insulation to vault/pit surfaces 14. New tank mixer & SCADA controls
