This can only be seen when looking out the front windows of the building on higher levels. c) Impact to the current situation is the roofing material looks damaged and the awning shows signs that it could start leaking at anytime. If this is cleaned in its current state there is no guarantee it will not leak water afterward. d) Scope of work is to clean up the awning, replace the roofing material, and ensure proper water drainage. By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT. BGIS reserves the right to reject our submission should BGIS fail to receive the required documentation.
