Objective: The successful offeror will provide planning and design services for the Bezos Learning Center (BLC) comprising an education center, food service, astronomy park with observatory and a reconfiguration of the existing loading dock. The project includes collections handling; exhibit spaces; vertical transportation; hazmat abatement; blast; chemical, biological and radiological (CBR) mitigation; confirmation of programming; studies; concept design; schematic design; design development; construction documents; A/E Construction Phase Services; early construction packages and USGBC - LEED and/or SITES certification. Construction of the BLC will be delivered via Construction Manager as Constructor and procured using the successful offeror's 35% design submission. Early packages will be part of the design submission to allow construction to proceed and complete in 2026..
