Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Homecroft, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

This work is for the interior renovations for South Charging including the doors, trash enclosure, roof access ladder, added restrooms and break rooms areas door to separate two spaces and roof repair, building drainage, replace storefront windows and caulking. IndyGo is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors!! Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount in the form and manner required in the Instructions to Bidders and Specification Section 00 43 13 Bid Security. Bidder may not revoke or cancel his bid or withdraw from the competition for a period of (60) sixty calendar days after the opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. In the event a Contract is awarded to Bidder, it will, within five (5) consecutive calendar days after the notice of award is submitted (or such other time as indicated in the Notice of Award) enter into a written contract in the form included in Section 00 52 01 with Owner in accordance with the accepted bid, and give to Owner a Contract Performance and Labor and Materials Payment Bond with good and sufficient sureties satisfactory to Owner in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Work ordered. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Substantial Completion of the Project shall be achieved within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed with construction. Final Completion of the Project shall be achieved within two hundred ten (210) days from Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages are required as a condition for this project.
