The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, skills, and performing all operations required to the demolition, removal, and replacement of three bridges along Lac qui Parle County Ditch 4 with large culverts. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: mobilization, seeding, water and traffic control as needed, furnish and install: CMP culverts for bridge replacement, as provided in the Bidding Documents. All quantities and work items in this Advertisement for Bids are approximate and not guaranteed. A bid bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid price is required for this project. Lac qui Parle County reserves all authority to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract(s) to the best interests of the County Board of Commissioners. Construction activities may commence on or after June 1, 2022. A working window of 3 weeks is set for this project from commencing construction activities to substantial project completion. All work included in the contract other than warranty work shall be completed by August 1, 2022.
