The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed bids from qualified Contractors to perform construction services on an "as needed basis" for stormwater facilities task orders. This solicitation is subject to the Small Local Business Enterprise Program (SLBE), in which registered Charles County SLBE firms responding to this solicitation may receive a preference in accordance with the provisions of the Program. Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received when such waiver is in the best interest of Charles County. Charles County Government is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
