The bidder shall submit the Major HVAC Equipment Submittal with the bid with the expectation that the submittal review can be returned with the notice to proceed and save valuable lead-time on kitchen equipment ordering. The failure of a bidder to complete and submit all required forms shall result in a determination that the bid is not responsive and a determination that the bid is not susceptible for award.
