Rock Island Public Library (RIPL) Request for Proposal: Electromagnetic (EM) security gates, self-service lockers, and self-checkout station, with payment component, for the new Watts-Midtown Library Branch. RIPL will receive sealed proposals for outfitting the new library with the aforementioned technology.
