The City of Louisville Open Space Division is requesting cost estimates for survey work for the creation of legal descriptions and exhibits to be used for the purpose of zoning Open Space properties. Please provide a timeline for availability and completion for this project. The City will be zoning three Open Space properties: Dutch Creek, Walnut, and Warembourg/Daughenbaugh. Some recommended open space zone district lines match various platted tracts/parcels while other recommended open space zone district lines correspond to natural and/or man-made features such as trickle channels or golf course greens. Please review the attached maps which depict "Proposed 2021 Open Space" in a solid dark green color (some with hatching) and "New Survey Lines" or areas without existing platted tracts/parcels identified by orange line work. The consultant is responsible for evaluating these assessments for the purpose of providing an accurate cost estimate. City staff will provide final direction through site visits with the selected contractor prior to creation of the legal descriptions and exhibits.
