Catoosa County Board of Commissioners is seeking responders to submit proposals for the removal and reinstallation of windows at the Catoosa County Library The envelope should be clearly marked with the vendor's name and address and shall state Sealed Proposal - 2022 MT Library Windows to prevent accidental opening.Each Vendor must submit one (1) original, plus two (2) copies (Total 3) of its proposal All such written inquiries must be delivered by 12:00 noon, on Friday, April 1, 2022. Catoosa County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive formalities, technicalities or irregularities and to re-advertise if necessary. Catoosa County is requesting BIDS for windows at Catoosa County Library. The County would like to see cost options to. 1) Replace ALL of the windows on the second floor. 2) To provide an Alt cost option for windows located on the front right side of the library it is an Octagon Dome Structure. The desired results are to address water intrusion and provide new windows with a lifetime warranty on material for the desired areas. A minimum 1 year labor warranty and an option if available to purchase a 2 year labor warranty. **Building blueprints "as built" are provided for estimation and QTY. It is the responsibility of the bidder to verify size(s) and Qty. The County will not make assumptions on the accuracy of blueprints.
