Project Location: Fire Station # 1, 5282 Evitt Street, Ringgold, Georgia 30736 o Approximately 8,500 SQ FT Roof Surface Area o Approximate size 80 x 150 Contractor is responsible for providing interior protection. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to install all new metal roof and components. o Demo old roof. Dispose of all old material properly. o Treat all perlin areas for rust as necessary o New 1:12 Gable 26 Gage PBR roof System (or equivalent please specify) o Stainless fasteners. o New R13 Roof Insulation. o New Gutters o New Rake Trim o Check all screws and tighten/replace as necessary o Apply roof primer, base coat and top coating (as applicable) per manufacturer's specifications - PLEASE PROVIDE MANUFACTURE'S SPECS WITH PROPOSAL Provide minimum fifteen (15) year material warranty as well as the coating manufacturer's standard warranty on their product.
