Renovation of a municipal facility in Oceanside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The CONTRACTOR's primary responsibility is to demolish existing carpet and base on 1st floor City Hall South building. Supply and install Glimmer Tile Color 27500 Spark Carpet tiles. Supply and install 4-inch black Burke base. Lift modular furniture and install carpet tile under it. Prevailing Wage. Performance Bond in a sum of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price, to guarantee faithful and timely performance of all work, in a manner satisfactory to the CITY, and further to guarantee that all materials and workmanship will be tree from original or developed defects. Payment Bond that meets the requirements of California Civil Code Section 9554, in a sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price, to satisfy claims of material suppliers, mechanics, and laborers employed by CONTRACTOR on the work that is the subject of this agreement. All questions or requests for information of a technical nature should be directed to the Project Manager. No Trade is available for Renovation Severity.
