The Contractors primary responsibility is to provide trash and debris cleanup from public properties as directed by Code Enforcement Division Staff. Other duties may be assigned by the project manager such as abatement of nuisance vegetation, emergency response, debris removal in alleys and waterways. Customer complaint response may also be required. The specifics that follow shall serve to define this prime directive. The Contractors shall provide four manual laborers daily from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for the agreement. All employees shall carry a cell phone. The Contractor shall provide an emergency phone number for after hours to respond to immediate requests. The Contractors shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services and special skills required to perform the maintenance as set forth in this specification and in keeping with the highest standards of quality and performance. All questions or requests for information of a technical nature should be directed to the respective Project Managers. The award of the contract, if made by the City, will be based upon a total review and analysis of each proposal and projected costs. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in a sum of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price, to guarantee faithful and timely performance of all work The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities.
