Site work for a water / sewer project in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Cap and remove from service two Silurian wells located adjacent to Burge Hall. Project consists of capping and removing from service two Silurian drinking water wells located at Burge Hall. The scope of work includes proper abandonment of wells, removal of associated electrical and controls equipment, capping and grouting of abandoned water main serving the two wells, pavement removal and replacement necessary to the work, and site restoration necessary for the work. Work shall be performed under this Contract on the campus of the University of Iowa at Burge Hall, 301 North Clinton Street, Iowa City, Iowa. On-site work may commence on 05/23/22. Bidder agrees to Substantially Complete project Work by July 15, 2022 and shall have no more than fourteen (14) days to complete all items on the Punch List and achieve Final Completion.
