Lake County Sanitation District (LACOSAN) invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide engineering services for the Middletown Wastewater Treatment Facility Recycled Water Title 22 Engineering Report in Lake County, CA. In a letter dated October 5, 2021 the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water, requested a Recycled Water Title 22 Engineering Report (Report) be submitted for the Middletown Wastewater Treatment Facility. LACOSAN was unable to locate the Report, and hence the need for this Request for Proposals (RFP). LACOSAN is seeking a consultant to prepare the Recycled Water Title 22 Engineering Report for the Middletown Wastewater Treatment Facility Consultants are expected to provide a detailed scope of work that covers the items outlined in the Request for Proposals, along with any additional items that the Consultant deems necessary to provide full service to the District in delivering the described project All questions should be directed to Scott Hornung via e-mail per the RFP instructions. The subject line must include: RFP for Engineering Services for the Middletown Wastewater Treatment Facility Recycled Water Title 22 Engineering Report The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
