The Project contemplated consists of the furnishing, testing, delivery, and commissioning of one combustion turbine-generator, one new fuel gas compressor, and associated auxiliary equipment to provide a minimum of 18MW of net output of 60-Hz generation capacity. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. Envelopes containing bids and bid guarantee must be sealed, marked with the project name and with the Contractors name. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids or proposals for just cause and to waive informalities. Minority owned firms, small businesses, and/or Section 3 businesses are encouraged to participate. Owners right is reserved to reject all Bids or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents.
