Item needed: Dumpster rental & trash collection services at two locations: 3 cubic yard dumpster - Administration Building 6 cubic yard dumpster - Warehouse Complex Pricing: Quote weekly trash collection services, per location, as a monthly cost. Any dumpster rental fee should be included in the monthly cost. Please list any additional fees that may be incurred such as: over the dumpster fee, additional pickup charges, replacement dumpster fees, etc. Pickup Locations: Administration Building 2100 Leon C. Simon Dr. New Orleans, LA 70122 Phone: (504) 658-2440 Warehouse Complex 5744 Hayne Blvd. New Orleans, LA 70126 Phone : (504) 658-2452 Repairs: Vendor must also repair or replace the dumpster, as needed, within, 7 days of being notified. Vendor shall agree to net 30-day terms for payment. Vendor must also upload invoices into the BRASS supplier portal within one week of the invoice date, to decrease the delay in payments.
