Provide and install all material and labor for a 60 Ton Chiller Replacement. ACC The OSU and A&M Systems Purchasing Department is seeking bids for qualified suppliers to provide and install all material and labor for a 60 Ton Chiller Replacement at the Fire Protection Publications Office per the attached terms & conditions, and specifications on the campus of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Remove and replace 60 ton chiller. Lock and tag out existing chiller. Disconnect existing chiller from electrical feed and chilled water lines. Remove refrigerant from existing chiller per EPA requirements. Provide crane plan for removal and placement of new chiller. Perform concrete work as needed for new chiller foundation and include silica plan Replace all chilled water piping from the existing isolation valves to the chiller connections. Provide new flow switch, balance valve. Remove old insulation on the exterior chilled water piping. Heat trace new piping for heat protection. Install new 1-1/2" fiberglass insulation with metal jacketing on all exterior chilled water piping. Fill chiller and new system with makeup water. Provide licensed electrician to install electrical power to the new chiller. Control integration to building automation by OSU. Provide factory authorized startup of chiller to maintain full standard warranty. Travel to and from site. Haul off debris and clean site to client satisfaction.
