Site work for a mixed-use development in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The College of DuPage is accepting sealed bids for Baseball Field Improvements - Synthetic Turf, Subdrainage, Irrigation and Miscellaneous Concrete. The College of DuPage is committed to the economic development of disadvantaged business enterprises; qualified Minority, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Owned Businesses are highly encouraged to participate College of DuPage Board of Trustees Reserves the right to reject any and all responses. This project is located at East College Road and Park Boulevard, using College 1A parking lot for staging for construction material handling (understanding that it will be protected by the successful bidder). Generally, the work is replacing the existing Baseball Field with turf per attached Smith Group drawings with summary of work. This project includes selective demolition of irrigation and fencing, playing field components, and existing surface materials as indicated per the drawings and specifications. This project includes regrading for turf placement and new playing field components as indicated per the drawings and specifications. Turf graphics to be incorporated into turf per review and approval of COD Athletics. The project is intended to be awarded in late June/early July of 2022 and intended to complete in late October 2022.
