Renovation of a fire / police facility in Richibucto, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The work generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: 1.Replace the cooling coil in AHU-01 and associated condensing unit AC-01 with a new coil and heat pump condensing unit. 2.Replace AHU-02 with a new unit complete with heating/cooling heat pump coil. Install a new heat pump condensing unit to serve the new coil. 3.Remove the exhaust fans serving room 127 and 129 and replace with a new ERV complete with electric heating coil. 4.Install ductless split heat pumps in rooms 127 and 129. 5.Replace heating relaying in the ceiling space for easy future access. Work is to include all associated: removals, wiring, controls, piping, ductwork, patching, commissioning, balancing, excavation and landscaping.
