Filed Sub Bids Due: February 18, 2021 General Bids Due: February 25, 2021 Construction Start Date: On or before April 1, 2021 April Vacation: End of day Friday, April 16, 2021 through Sunday, April 25, 2021 (construction allowed during daytime hours) Last Day of classes: June 18, 2021 Substantial Completion: September 3, 2021 Full Owner Occupancy: Boston Public Schools will occupy the site and building on August 29, 2022. Work should reach substantial completion before this date. A performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond, each in the amount of the contract sum.
