Renovation of an educational facility in Brownsville, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
TSC has decided to cancel RFP 22-10 for “Canopy Roof Repairs at ITECC Building”. This RFP project will be resolicited to include an additional building roof area and detailed scope of work. As always TSC encourages your participation. Texas Southmost College reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive informalities in bids and resolve ambiguities in any solicitation in the College's favor. TSC is accepting proposals from qualified contractors to provide canopy roof repairs for the ITECC building at JCPenney area. The contractors must demonstrate the ability to supply and provide all materials, equipment, labor and all other incidental material, tools, appliances, delivery, transportation, supervision, crane services, and insurance as required to complete the project for all work in accordance with the scope of work provided in this RFP. Canopy JPC Area will be closed down with fencing to stop traffic temporally Demolish all stucco and remove all that's left that can fall. Repair roof 50x50 ft approximately Change Drain 4" for new drain and intall two more drain 4" Roof Repair -22gal steel deck -1" ISO -1/2" securock -2 plies Roof system torch down New Installation under Canopy Install new stucco finish 50' x 50' approximately Install new lamp for repaired area ( exterior lamp ) Install new sprinkler fire system in new area 50'x 50' Paint new area white color.
