The awarded contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, parts, tools, materials, transportation, record documentation, support services and resources necessary to complete the described work in accordance with the included specifications, drawings and contract documents. The garage will remain in operation during the construction services for the renovation of the building. Bids, to include addenda or changes to a response, shall not be accepted via Fax machine or by Internet E-mail, orally, or by telephone. Due to the importance of all bidders having a clear understanding of the specifications/scope of work and requirements of this solicitation, attendance at this conference will be a prerequisite for submitting a bid. Bids will only be accepted from those bidders who are represented at this pre--bid conference. Attendance at the conference will be evidenced by the representative's signature on the attendance roster. No one will be admitted after 9:15 am. Bring a copy of the solicitation with you.
