All work to fulfill the requirements of the contract shall be in a manner consistent with the manufacturer's instructions and in accordance with the current editions of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Road and Bridge Specifications; VDOT Road and Bridge Standards; VDOT Special Provision Copied Notes, Special Provisions, and Supplemental Specifications; VDOT Road Design; VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications and VDOT Instructional and Informational Memorandum, VDOT Drainage Manual; the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook (VESCH): Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), VOSH Standards and regulations; and ADA Standards and requirements for all material and equipment used, and workmanship performed.
