Renovation of a medical facility in Barrys Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
2nd Floor Main Wing- Air Handling Unit Upgrade. Perform the work to remove, replace and upgrade the air handling equipment in the 2nd Floor Mechanical Room that services the Main Wing of the St. Francis Memorial Hospital in Barry's Bay in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Mechanical Contractor is to provide Prime Contractor responsibilities including but not limited to the hiring of all sub-trades, project management of overall project, preparation of schedule and all required Project Submittals to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents.
