The project involves the reconstructing the pavement of various roads in Kalae and resurfacing of the Airport Loop Road in Hoolehua. The scope of work also involves pavement striping and markers; adjustment of manholes and water valves; installation of signs; and other incidental items. To be eligible to bid, bidders must be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of contractors.
