Route: STH 111N County: 50 - Price County Limit - USH 8 TO STH 13 Solicitation ID: NC-02 Perpetuation project of 10.3 miles from Catawba to STH 13 with a 1.75-Inch thin mill and overlay with leveling layer on STH 111 between the towns of Catawaba and Worchester, in Price County. Includes approximately 12 culvert replacements. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
