Site work and paving for a road / highway in Phillips, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Elk is accepting sealed bids for pavement resurfacing of approximately 3380 feet of Birch Hill, Trinity, and Fir Roads. All bids shall be sealed and marked LRIP project Birch Hill Road. THIS IS A LRIP PROJECT The work to be provided will consist of milling joints and overlaying 1.5 inch of compacted average depth of Wis. DOT approved (HMA) hot mix asphalt on roadway. Average of nineteen (19) foot with shoulders. The bid should contain the materials estimated cost per ton of asphalt, along with cost to do the entire job. Not to exceed $68,000.00. Completion date no later than 10/30/2024. All interested bidders may call the Town Hall, 715-339- 2877. Bidders are to supply TIN number, proof of insurance, all labor, material, traffic control, and signage. The Town of Elk reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and accept a bid that is in the best interest of the Town.
