Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Phillips, Wisconsin. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 16, 2025, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid. PROJECT: Removal & Replacement of sidewalks on State Hwy 13 from Elm St to Maple Street Phillips, Wisconsin The Work Consists of Roughly 27,000 Square Feet of Sidewalks to Be Removed and Replaced. Sidewalks Must Be Sealed to State Dot Specs. Bidder Must Handle All Traffic Control for Project. Concrete Must Be 6 Bag Full Concrete, No Fly Ash. Bidder Must Be Fully Insured. Project Needs to Have Expansion Joints Between the Curb and the Sidewalk. All Driveways Need to Be 6" Concrete All Other Parts Will Be 4" Concrete for Sidewalks. Project May Consist of Work Needed for Water Curb Stops. Work Cannot Be Completed Prior to the Curb and Gutter and Highway 13 Being Paved as Part of the State Highway 13 Project. Sidewalk Removal May Be Completed Prior to Placement of New Curb and Gutter, Coordination With Dot Contractor May Be Required. Bids Should Be Listed as a Per Unit Cost as Directed Below in Table 1. Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Informalities in Any Bid. No Other Plans or Specifications Are Available.
