As of August 15, 2025 this project was awarded to Scotts Construction. Yet the awarded amount is not available. The Town of Emery is Accepting Bids for Double Chip Sealing Approximately 1 Mile of Emery-hackett Road. Chip Sealing is Over an Existing Black Top Road Using 3/8 Inch Aggregate on the Bottom Coat Topped With Fa-2 Granite Chip Using Em-8 Emulsion. Flex Patching And Possible Wedge Patching of the Road Will Be Required Prior to Application of the Chip Seal. Road Surface Must Be Swept With a Power Brush Prior to Chip Sealing and Rolled With a Rubber-tired Roller and Steel Drum After Application of the Chip Sealing. The Town Of Emery Will Consider Separate Bids for the Flex and Wedge Patching but Will Prioritize a Single Bid. All Bids Must Include a Tin Number and Proof of Insurance.
