Per Addendum No. 2, this project is being canceled and will be readvertised on January 12th. The City of Huntingburg, Indiana does hereby invite sealed bids for the W. 1st Street - Phase 2A Project. The project consists of pavement resurfacing and rehabilitation, widening, concrete curb and gutter installation, and various drainage improvements associated with the 2021 Community Crossings Matching Grant program and award. Bids are to be submitted on the forms furnished within the contract document project manual with the required bond and/or check, properly executed in accordance with the directions contained in the Instructions to Bidders. The Contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest responsive, responsible bid and the criteria defined in the Bid Form and Instructions to Bidders. The City desires to promptly award this contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in order to have an executed agreement on or before February 4th, 2022. Any charges incurred in obtaining Contract Documents are NOT reimbursable by the City.
