Route: STH 102N County: 50 - Price County Limit - Taylor County Line to STH 86 Solicitation ID: NC-02 Perpetuation project of 6 miles from Chelsea to Spirit with a 1.75-Inch thin mill and overlay with leveling layer on STH 102 between the towns of Rib Lake and Spirit, in Price County. Also includes culvert replacements, intersection redesign at County Line Road and reestablish ditching between County Line road and Little Spirit Drive. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
