Anticipated Construction Cost: $2,000,000-$2,999,999 Perpetuation project of 0.96 miles to replace pavement from 3rd Street to 8th Street and mill and overlay from 4th Street to 3rd Street through downtown City of De Pere in Brown County. Also includes pavement replacement between curb and gutter, curb ramp upgrades, and storm sewer repair/replacement. The City will be replacing underground water and sanitary services; and additional items may be added to accommodate City needs. The project contracts will be staged; the first stage includes: investigations, documents, reports, and preliminary plans to Final Scope Certification Approval. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
